Forged steel gate valve (Description)
The opening and closing parts of high temperature and high pressure welding gate valve are rigid solid gate, the direction of movement of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, which can be fully open or closed. The valve body is forged as a whole, which is very suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions. Gate valve fluid resistance is small, sealing surface by the medium of erosion and erosion is small, open and close less effort, medium flow is not restricted, not disturbing flow, not reducing pressure, simple body, short structure length, good manufacturing technology, wide range of application.
Operating principle
The high temperature and high pressure welding gate valve adopts the pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the higher the pressure of the inner cavity, the better the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded to meet the different requirements of the nozzle. The sealing surface of gate and valve seat is made of stellite cobalt base hard alloy surfacing, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant. The valve stem has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance after tempering and surface nitriding treatment. The structure of the opening and closing parts can be designed into different forms such as single board, double board and parallel double board according to user requirements. Welded gate valve is suitable for the nominal pressure of 42.0Mpa working temperature ≤600℃ of petroleum, chemical, thermal power station and other working conditions of the pipeline, cut off or connect the medium.
Product features

Forged steel gate valves are available in three cover designs. It is bolted valve cover. According to this design, the valve body and valve cover are connected with bolts and nuts, and the wound gasket (316 clamp flexible graphite manufacturing) is sealed. When customers have special requirements, they can also use metal ring connection. The second design form is welded valve cover, according to this design form of the valve, the valve body and valve cover with thread connection, fully welded seal. Full penetration connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. The third is the pressure self-tightening valve cover, according to this design form of the design of the valve, its body and valve cover thread connection, internal pressure self-sealing ring seal.
