High temperature forged gate valve （Description）

Z60Y, Z61Y, Z62Y high temperature and high pressure power station gate valves follow the same temperature and pressure grade, there is a certain interchange relationship in some pipelines. The middle part adopts the pressure self-tightening type without valve cover, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure. The self-sealing ring has two materials, one is low carbon steel, the other is flexible graphite 316 wire (mesh). The sealing surface is welded with drill base cemented carbide, and the pure metal layer after processing is ≥3mm. It has wear-resisting, high temperature resisting, corrosion resisting, abrasion resisting and long service life. Both ends of the branch pipe are welded structure, welding according to the groove can be made according to the standard or user requirements. Suitable for thermal power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy and other high temperature and high pressure water, metallurgy and other high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, superheated steam pipelines.

Product installation and maintenance:
