Z60Y, Z61Y, Z62Y high temperature and high pressure power station gate valves follow the same temperature and pressure grade, there is a certain interchange relationship in some pipelines. Product installation and maintenance:

  1. Handwheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
  2. The double gate valve should be installed vertically (that is, the stem is in the vertical position, the handwheel at the top).
  3. Gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening the bypass valve (to balance the pressure difference between inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).
  4. The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the provisions of the product manual.
  5. If the valve is often used, at least once a month lubrication.
