Operating principle

ZSHO pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve is composed of valve body, ball, valve shaft, sealing ring, packing, pressure plate and other parts. The actuator is composed of air, piston, gear type, output shaft, cylinder head, bearing, guide ring, piston bearing bush, adjustment bolt, “O” ring and other main parts. The actuator is connected to the valve with a connecting shaft. After the input pressure in the cylinder, it acts on the piston to produce a certain thrust, so that the gear type output is driven by the piston, the gear output shaft is rotated, and the valve shaft is rotated, so that the ball valve ball rotates in the valve, and the circulation area of the valve is changed to achieve the purpose of changing the medium flow through the valve.
