J41H US standard check valve（Description）

J41H/W American standard check valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline medium in various working conditions of petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical fertilizer and power industry with nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 16MPa and working temperature -29 ~ 550℃. The driving mode is manual, gear drive, electric, pneumatic, etc.

Structural features

1. The design and manufacture of the products meet the requirements of American national standard ANS1B16.34, American BS1873 and other foreign advanced standards.
2. The valve body shape is barrel shape or flow shape beautiful. The flow shape is straight through. Low fluid resistance.
3. The closing parts (gate flap) and the sealing surface of the seat are sealed with conical surface, with small closing force, erosion resistance and reliable sealing.
4. The seat can be replaced type seat, can be arbitrarily combined with the sealing surface material pairing, in order to meet the requirements of working conditions, prolong the service life.
5. Large diameter, high pressure stop valve according to the need of closing force stem transmission using lifting rod, and equipped with rolling bearing type with impact type handwheel to reduce the closing force.
6. The main material, internal material, filler, fastener material can be according to the user requirements or actual working conditions reasonable combination.
