Q41F4 F46 Fluorine Lined Ball Valve(Description)
Q41F4 lined PTFE ball valve with fluorine plastic lining, the shell adopts investment precision casting, high strength, smooth appearance, and liquid contact part is all fluorine plastic, so it can be used in the range of -50℃ ~ 180℃ for a long time in any concentration of corrosive pipeline, pipeline work.
Features
1) The ball valve with fluorine plastic lining layer has high chemical stability and can be applied to any strong corrosion property except “molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine”.
2) With full diameter and floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage within the whole pressure range, which is more convenient for the ball sweep and pipeline maintenance of the pipeline system
3) The ball of the opening and closing parts and the valve stem are cast (forged) as one, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem hitting the pressure bearing parts due to the pressure change, and fundamentally ensures the safety of use in the project.
4) Compact and reasonable structure, the valve body cavity space is the smallest, reduce the media retention, in addition, the special molding process, so that the sealing surface density is good, coupled with the herringlike PTFE packing combination, so that the valve to achieve zero leakage.
5) Two-piece, three-piece structure can adapt to a variety of different requirements of the pipeline system and working conditions, among which the three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body and both sides of the valve body separation, can achieve rapid online replacement, maintenance.
