Structural features
F745X type remote control float valve is composed of main valve, float valve and takeover system. The main valve body adopts full channel, direct current and streamline design, and adopts two types of structure: diaphragm type or piston type. The takeover system consists of float valve, ball valve and takeover.
This product directly uses the floating ball pilot valve to control the liquid level, without other devices and energy sources, simple structure, easy maintenance, control is not affected by water pressure, high accuracy of liquid level control, and reliable sealing.
working principle
When the pipeline feeds water from the water inlet end, because the ball valve and the floating ball valve are normally open, the water enters the pool through the micro filter, ball valve B, control room, ball valve A, and floating ball valve, the main valve control room does not form pressure, and the main valve opens , Water tower (pool) water supply.
When the water surface of the water tower (pool) rises to the set height, the floating ball floats to close the floating ball valve, the water pressure in the control room rises to push the main valve to close, and the water supply stops. When the water level of the pool drops, the float valve is reopened, the water pressure in the control room drops, and the main valve is opened again to continue water supply, maintaining the set height of the liquid level.

1. The closure is tight and reliable. The main valve is sealed with a rubber sealing ring, and the closing power is automatically formed by the main valve control room to maintain a proper closing force, with high sealing life and reliability.
2. It is easy to operate, and there is no need for another control system for the valve. The valve opens and closes automatically as the liquid level changes.
