ZJHX/Q pneumatic three-way regulating valve

ZJHQ, ZJHX pneumatic thin film three-way valve using cylindrical thin wall window spool guide, different from the plunger spool bushing guide. With multi-spring actuator, it has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume, convenient disassembly and assembly. Widely used in precise control of gas, liquid and other media process participation such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level to maintain a given value. Suitable for a kind of fluid through the three way valve into two way outflow or two kinds of fluid through the three way valve combined into a fluid occasion.

This series of products have three – way confluence and three – way split two kinds. Nominal pressure PN16, 40, 64; Nominal diameter range DN25-300. Applicable fluid temperature from -60℃ to +450℃. The leakage standard is grade Ⅳ. Flow characteristics have two kinds of straight line, parabola.

Product features

ZJHX (Q) pneumatic three-way regulating valve has confluence regulating valve and shunt regulating valve two structural forms. Spool structure using cylinder thin wall window, and the spool side guide, three-way valve in some occasions can replace two two-way valve and a three-way nozzle and wait until widely used in the heat exchanger two-phase regulation, can also be used for simple ratio regulation. When nominal size and pressure difference are small, the confluence valve can be used for shunting occasions and can be used interchangeably, but nominal size is greater than 80mm and pressure. Large difference in the diversion situation, can not be used interchangeably.
