2. Structural characteristics of fluorine-lined lift check valve
1. Fluorine-lined lift straight-through check valve
The main model is H41F type, the structure is generally similar to the globe valve, the valve disc moves up and down along the center of the channel, and the action is reliable, generally only installed on the horizontal pipeline.
2. Fluorine-lined vertical check valve
The main models are H42F type, H72F type, H40S type, among which H40F type is a new type of structure, the valve disc is spherical, the common feature is that the valve disc moves up and down along the axis of the valve body passage, and should generally be installed in a vertical pipeline.
3. Fluorine-lined swing check valve
The main models are H44F type, H74F type single flap swing type and H76F type double flap swing type. The valve flap rotates around the rotating shaft, and its fluid resistance is generally smaller than that of the lift check valve. It is suitable for larger diameter occasions. The installation position is not limited, and it is usually installed in the horizontal pipeline.
