What is casting in valves?

Cast valves are produced in the form of liquid or metal. It has been melted down and then it is poured into the valve molds to set and to cool. When the metal is completely solid it is then broken down from the molds and it can be produced in the detailed number and in complex shapes and sizes.

Forging valves does not need the heating temperature of the metal. It restricts the final product dimension and complexity. It is more than any intensive labor job.
